The Health Care Coalition of Southern Oregon
The Health Care Coalition of Southern Oregon (HCCSO) was born in 1990. Leaders of safety net clinics and public health agencies in Jackson, Josephine, and Douglas Counties joined together to reduce duplication in services, and collaborate to improve the health of Southern Oregon residents.
Health Care Coalition is a non-profit organization that acts as the collaborative backbone organization for Collective Impact Initiatives that advance health equity. It supports joint projects through coordination, facilitation, training, data management, and project management. HCCSO convenes the Southern Oregon Perinatal Task Force and a Southern Oregon Regional Health Equity Coalition.
